Home Win for Alonso at the Spanish Grand Prix
Johnny wasn't surprised to see Alonso take first place at the Spanish Grand Prix last weekend. Racing on home soil, the Spaniard excited the crowds with his 1:39:16.59602 win, making this his third win on home soil. Alonso recovered with style from his 8th placing at the Bahrain race.
Coming in at 2nd place was Kim Raikkonen and 3rd place saw Alonso's team-mate Felipe Massa take the podium. Moving from 9th on the grid to 3rd was a feat in itself by Massa.
The next race is taking place at the infamous track located in Monaco, with Johnny looking forward to seeing if such a dramatic win happens on the track again.
With practising taking place on Thursday 23 and Saturday 25, the race starts at 14.00 Sunday 26 May 2013.
